Beth joined the firm in 2012. Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate with McCarthy, Lebit, Crystal & Liffman, Co. LPA. Her practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, leasing, construction law, mechanics lien law and financing. She routinely drafts purchase agreements, leases, loan documents and construction contracts for simple and complex transactions and works with her clients to bring each transaction to a close. She also has experience in a variety of corporate matters, including entity formation, planning and governance.

Representative Engagements:
  • Assisted on a $60 million property acquisition in Fairlawn, Ohio
  • Served as outside corporate counsel for a Cleveland construction firm, with special emphasis in mechanics lien procedures
  • Drafted and supervised more than ten personal placement memorandums and related security filings
  • Drafted and negotiated real estate purchase agreements and handles closings for the purchase and sale of real estate
  • Reviewed title, survey, and related due diligence reports in connection with commercial property acquisitions
  • Drafted and negotiated commercial leases, amendments and extensions on behalf of landlords and tenants for industrial, retail and office properties
